A terrible landslide occurred in China’s southwestern province of Yunnan. 47 people have been buried in it. This incident happened on Monday (January 22) at 5:51 am.
Rescue workers are trying to save the trapped people. However, nothing was said about whether anyone was killed in the incident. The temperature in that area is below zero degree.
The video shows rescue workers working on collapsed houses and buildings.
According to the news, 500 people have been evacuated from the area after the landslide.
Landslides are a common occurrence in remote areas surrounded by mountains in China. Earlier in 2013, a landslide in Zhenxiong region of Yunnan province killed 18 people.
