Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has reportedly ‘resigned’ and left the country with her sister Sheikh Rehana. Sheikh Hasina took off in a military helicopter from Bangabhaban at 2.30 pm on Monday. At that time, she’s younger sister Sheikh Rehana was with him.

According to a source, Sheikh Hasina along with her sister went to Dhaka Cantonment by helicopter at around 2:30 am. From there they went to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Then they moved to India.
Meanwhile, after Sheikh Hasina and her sister Sheikh Rehana left the country, thousands of people entered Ganabhaban.
The ‘Long March to Dhaka’ program is being held on the second day of the non-cooperation movement on the call of the anti-discrimination student movement.
