An attack on a passenger coach and a car took place near Sadda Bazar in Kurram district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan on Sunday. At least four people were killed.
Two security officers were among the dead. The country’s police reported this information.
District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Imran told that the gunmen attacked the vehicle with automatic weapons. The deceased are Lance Naik Ghulam Mustafa, Frontier Constabulary Constabulary Abdul Qadir Khan. Apart from this, one more woman and car driver Rahman Ali were killed.
Imran also said that efforts are underway to arrest the criminals. The number of terrorist attacks in Pakistan has increased significantly in recent years. Attacks are especially targeting the country’s security forces.
Nine people were killed in an attack on a passenger bus in Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan last month. At least 25 people were injured.
