Imprisoned former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan said, the cases against me will be settled only if there is a compromise with those in power. He also commented that the caretaker government that has been formed in Pakistan is not neutral and the Election Commission has no effectiveness.
He said these things to reporters after the hearing of the case in Adiala prison on Friday.
Imran Khan said, “If you have the courage, I called you to expose the ‘Cypher Conspiracy’.” But the opponent did not respond. Imran Khan was jailed in August last year in the cipher case.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan also said that the Toshakhana case against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former President Asif Ali Zardari has been completed. On the other hand, Maryam Nawaz took a BMW from Toshakhana. Despite trying to keep the matter under wraps, it has come to light.
According to the Panama scandal, Maryam has four flats. But the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) withdrew that case too. Cases of people like Maryam are dismissed. But in the election Amjad Khan, Sadakat Abbasi and the qualified leaders of PTI were not even allowed to submit their nomination papers.
The former prime minister said, I was made a planned victim on May 9 last year. The arrest was also made illegally. The way my party has tried to destroy PTI has not happened with any other political party in Pakistan.
Imran also said that there are at least 200 criminal cases against him. Never before in the history of the country have there been so many cases against any other person. And that’s why if he gets bail in one case, he is stuck in another case.
Imran Khan claims that due to the lack of rule of law, Pakistan is gradually going towards decline. According to him, PTI’s struggle was a real freedom movement. And ensuring the rights of the weaker sections of the society and bringing the powerful under the law was real democracy.
