Ras Al Khaimah breaks two Guinness World Records on January 1, 2024, as the UAE welcomes 2024.
The emirate rang in the New Year with an eight-minute fireworks and drone display, breaking the titles of ‘longest chain of floating fireworks in the world’ and ‘longest straight-line drone display’ for 5.8km. Total length is 2 km.
The show features groundbreaking tricks using 1,050 LED drones, a ‘carpet’ of aquatic floating fireworks and a ‘carpet’ of acrobatic pyro planes inspired by the natural wonders of Ras Al Khaimah – the desert, sea and mountains – all specially set to music. the occasion.
