Earlier another variant of corona virus was discovered. whose name is BA-2.86. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the difference between JN.1 and BA.2.86 is very small.
However, JN.1 is not the first in China. This type of corona was first found in America. He was found last September. According to statistics from December, 15-29 percent of the current number of Covid patients in America have the JN1 variant.
Only one such patient has been found in India so far. On December 13, the new specimen was found in the body of a person in Kerala. Symptoms are similar to Covid in this case. Health experts advise not to panic about it now.
