Dubai-based developer Nakheel has officially begun the handover process for 892 homes at Jebel Ali Village. Residents are now moving into the 80-hectare residential community following the successful completion of core infrastructure and residential construction.
The development is designed as a low-density neighborhood expected to accommodate approximately 5,500 residents. It features landscaped parks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and connected green spaces. Additional amenities include walking and cycling routes, sports facilities, children’s play areas, a community pond, and swimming pools within each residential cluster.
Future phases will introduce a community centre with retail outlets, a clubhouse, a gym, padel courts, and event lawns. The site is strategically located near Sheikh Zayed Road, providing residents with proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall and the Discovery Gardens Metro Station.
In separate regional developments, DP World reported a 13.1% rise in revenue during the first half of the year. Meanwhile, Dubai Police have issued a warning following a bus crash in Jebel Ali that resulted in 25 injuries.
