In observance of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday holiday for 1448 AH, Q-Mobility has announced that several major Darb toll gates in Abu Dhabi will be exempt from charges on Friday, August 28. Motorists will not be required to pay tolls at the Sas Al Nakhl, Al Maqtaa, Rabdan, and Saadiyat gates during this period. However, the toll gates located at Al Qurm and Ghantoot will remain operational around the clock, maintaining the standard fee of Dhs4 per crossing. Normal toll collection across all locations will resume on Saturday.
Public parking throughout the emirate will also be free of charge on Friday, with the exception of multi-storey parking facilities, which will continue to charge standard rates 24/7. Regular parking fees for street-level spaces will be reinstated on Saturday according to the usual schedule. Additionally, Q-Mobility has confirmed that its customer service centers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain will be closed on Friday, with normal business operations scheduled to resume on Monday.
Despite the closure of physical service centers, the company will maintain 24/7 customer support through its digital platforms. Residents can continue to access assistance via the official website, the Darb mobile application, and the TAMM platform throughout the holiday.
