Under the leadership of Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the new Bangladesh believes in diplomatic relations based on equality and dignity. Bangladesh missions around the world are working to spread this relationship globally. Ambassador Tareq Ahmed and Consul General Muhammad Rasheduzzaman stated these remarks yesterday at a diplomatic reception on the occasion of Independence and National Day.
A diplomatic reception was organized by the Bangladesh Consulate General at a five-star hotel in Dubai to celebrate Bangladesh’s Independence and National Day. At the event, the Ambassador and Consul General invited friendly nations to invest in Bangladesh. Consul General Muhammad Rasheduzzaman expressed gratitude for creating employment opportunities for Bangladeshis in the Emirates.

The event, moderated by Head of Chancery Ashfaq Hossain, was graced by the Chief Guest, Mohammed Al Bahari, Head of Protocol and Operations of the Dubai Office of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Additionally, Consul Generals and other diplomats from approximately 30 countries, including the United States, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, South Africa, Indonesia, and the Philippines, participated in the event.
Mohammed Al Bahari, Head of Protocol and Operations of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, conveyed his greetings to the government and people of Bangladesh.
Discussions on the existing diplomatic and commercial relations between Bangladesh and other friendly nations took place at this diplomatic reception.
The event served as an important platform for mutual discussion and cooperation among diplomats from various countries.
