Dubai: Cricket lovers heading to the much-anticipated India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, September 28, are being urged to familiarise themselves with key stadium rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable match-day experience.
India, the tournament’s most successful side with eight titles, will take on arch-rivals Pakistan, two-time champions aiming to end India’s dominance. This will be their third T20I face-off of the Asia Cup and the fourth time the two sides meet at this venue in 2025. India has already beaten Pakistan twice in the tournament, setting the stage for a thrilling finale.
Safety guidelines and police advisory
Dubai Police have reminded all fans to review stadium regulations and follow the instructions of security personnel. Breaking stadium rules, whether by violence, abusive behaviour, or carrying banned items can lead to fines of up to Dh30,000 and even jail time.

- Enter only through assigned gates
- Arrive at least three hours before the match
- Park in designated areas only

Violence, throwing objects, racist or abusive language Dh10,000–Dh30,000 fine, imprisonment possible

Traffic and travel advisory
With tens of thousands of fans expected, heavy traffic is likely around the stadium from 4pm, peaking close to the 6:30pm kick-off and again after the match concludes around 10pm.
Roads expected to be congested include Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Hessa Street, Umm Al Suqeim Street, and routes through Al Barsha, Dubai Motor City, Arabian Ranches, JVC, Arjan, Dubai Studio City, and nearby communities.
Recommended alternatives:
- Use Umm Al Suqeim Street to bypass Hessa Street
- From Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, take Al Fay Road for southern access
- From central Dubai, use Al Khail Road and exit early toward Arjan or Studio City
Parking and shuttle services:
