Dubai Police’s Administration Affairs Sector celebrated a year marked by outstanding achievements, solely contributing to 41.6% of Dubai Police’s strategic objectives and 58% of the elite criteria for the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
The sector’s exceptional performance was further highlighted by winning 17 institutional awards in 2023, including seven international, five regional, and five local accolades. These achievements were celebrated at the annual ceremony held at the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology theatre, attended by His Excellency Major General Ahmad Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administration Affairs, along with other high-ranking officers and employees.
A Year of Global Recognition and Local Excellence
During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Rafie honoured various departments within the Administration Affairs Sector and the Dubai Police Health Center for their remarkable contributions that have significantly enhanced Dubai Police’s reputation for excellence and leadership both locally and internationally.
“Our dedication at Dubai Police to celebrate achievements and honour innovators is aligned with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, who believes in honouring our nation by recognising those who serve it with unwavering dedication,” Maj. Gen. Rafie stated.
He further emphasised the collective success of Dubai Police as a reflection of each individual’s commitment, loyalty, and teamwork.

Maj. Gen. Rafie affirmed the sector’s commitment to exerting outstanding efforts to develop work and constantly pursue excellence and pioneering, “The Administration Affairs Sector take innovation, creativity, and constant development seriously, and shall spare no effort to sustain the achievements gained,” he said.
