US President Joe Biden has criticized the opposition for not supporting the aid fund for Ukraine in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
House of Representatives Republican Speaker Mike Johnson said Congress is not ready to approve renewed U.S. military aid to Ukraine in a desperate fight against Russian aggression. They also said that Biden does not have any initiative to secure the US-Mexico border.
Although the US President urged the passage of the aid bill for Ukraine, he said in a statement, “members of both the Republican and Democratic parties are working intensively to resolve the border problem.”
If passed into law through negotiations, this would be the toughest and fairest reform to secure our nation’s borders. If you agree on border security, pass a bipartisan bill, I will sign it. ‘
Meanwhile, while speaking at a local government forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that his country will not enter into any agreement with Ukraine. Earlier it was reported from Moscow that Russia’s campaign in Ukraine will last longer due to the help of Western countries.
