Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden with over 150 million blooms, has reopened for its 14th season, once again transforming Al Barsha South into a vibrant floral wonderland.
Despite the humid weather, residents and tourists flocked to the iconic attraction, strolling through the famous heart-shaped archway and down to the massive Emirates A380 floral replica adorned with blossoms in shades of pink, yellow, white, and purple.
The opening day was marked with lively performances. Schoolchildren in crisp uniforms stood in formation as a marching band played ABBA’s Mamma Mia, setting a cheerful tone for both first-time visitors and returning admirers.
Among the visitors was Yari Villaver, a teacher at United Expats International, who arrived with eight students and their parents. A frequent guest at the garden, Villaver noted that it was his first time attending the opening ceremony. “Even with the heat, everyone in our group was excited to be here again,” he said.

Behind the Scenes: Flower Maintenance
According to Group CEO Mohammed Zaher Hammadih, the flowers are freshly planted just weeks before opening. “Each variety is carefully tended to throughout the season and replaced when needed,” he explained. “We have a state-of-the-art irrigation system and dedicate enormous effort to ensure the garden looks vibrant and full of life from day one.”
He added that during the summer, the entire garden is dismantled and replanted. Throughout the season, floral displays are refreshed multiple times, ensuring every visit offers something new to see.

Dubai Miracle Garden hosts more than 150 million flowers arranged into over 50 stunning floral designs each season. The park welcomes visitors daily from 9am to 11pm on weekdays and 9am to midnight on weekends.
