A man has been accused of stabbing his neighbor to death after being annoyed by loud snoring. He stabbed his neighbor to death during an argument over snoring.
The 55-year-old man was later arrested by the police. This sensational murder happened in the US state of Pennsylvania.
The deceased has been identified as Robert Wallace (62). He was accused of loud snoring by neighbor Christopher Casey. There was a fierce argument between the two about this.
On January 15, around 6:30 p.m. local time, Robert Wallace, a resident of Pennsylvania, was stabbed by his neighbor Casey, others told police over the phone. Later the police reached the spot and got to know the reason behind the stabbing.
Upon arriving at the scene, police officers found Robert Wallace lying in the street about 50 feet from his residence. He had multiple stab wounds to his body. He was screaming in pain. At this time, his body was bleeding.
He was quickly rescued and taken to a local hospital. Doctors there declared him dead. The accused, Christopher Casey, also suffered a stab wound to his right thigh.
The Pennsylvania Police released the joint investigation report of the case filed in this incident. It said that the police was already aware of the dispute between the two men. Christopher complained to the police about the victim’s snoring, among other things. She complained that Robert Wallace’s snoring was disturbing her sleep even though there was a common boundary wall between the two residences.
Christopher visited Wallace Casey’s residence on the day of the argument, police said. And at that time he was eating dinner. Later he removed the curtain from the window of the house. The accused got into an argument with Casey from outside the house. At one point, he cut the window with a large military-style knife. He then stabbed him several times.
Police found blood inside and outside the victim Wallace’s home. Later, the knife used in the murder and a smart phone were seized from the house of the accused. Pennsylvania police arrested Casey last Thursday in connection with the murder.
