How many eggs can a diabetic patient eat?
If you have diabetes, eating eggs three times a week is enough. Also eating egg whites will get more benefits. It is also important to know the methods of eating eggs. Eggs boiled in cooking oil or butter are harmful to eat. It can do harm instead of good. In that case, eating boiled eggs is healthy. If one has diabetes as well as high cholesterol, eat only one egg a day.
